RETURN POLICY

​Original receipt required for all returns and refunds.

General Policy

  • All returns must be requested within the applicable return period listed below.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Items that are opened, used, installed, damaged, or missing components are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refunds apply to product price and applicable sales tax only.
    Shipping, handling, and freight charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A-1 Vacuum Solutions reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to issuing a refund.

Parts, Bags, Filters & Accessories

  • 14-day return window from the original purchase date (in-store).
    • 30-day return window from the original purchase date (online).
  • Items must be unopened and undamaged.
  • No returns or refunds on:
    • Opened or used bags, filters, or service kits
    • Installed or used parts
    • Clearance or discontinued items
    • Special-order items not regularly carried in stock

Machine Returns

Machines are defined as any item containing electronics, including but not limited to:

  • Upright and canister vacuums
  • Powerheads
  • Central vacuum hoses
  • Electronic attachments or accessories

Machine return conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • The machine must be unused, undamaged, and in it’s original packaging
  • No machine returns after 14 days
  • Used machines are not refundable for any reason
  • No returns on any rebuilt, demo, or special order machines not regularly carried in stock.

Online Orders & Shipping

  • Original receipt must be printed and included with all return shipments.
  • A-1 Vacuum Solutions is not responsible for shipping damage, lost packages, or carrier delays.
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
  • Credit card refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Cash refunds are issued in-store only.
